• Invoices: Your name, address, and job details are stored securely in our database for record-keeping, accounting, and to comply with HMRC requirements to maintain business records.

• Reviews: Consent — by submitting a review you consent to your name and review being displayed publicly on our website.

• Contact form emails: Kept in our email inbox for up to 12 months then deleted.
• Reviews: Kept until you request deletion or we remove them.
• IP addresses: Rate limit records are automatically overwritten and not retained beyond 1 hour.
• Invoice records: Kept for a minimum of 5 years as required by HMRC, then deleted.
